The Role of High Performance Work System on Organizational Performance: Mediating Role of Workplace Bullying

This study finds the relationship between high-performance work systems (HPWS) and
organizational performance with the mediating effect of workplace bullying. This study includes
the target population of educational sector of Multan, Pakistan. Sample consists for this study
was 360 employees. The results support the hypotheses of this study. Organizational performance
is positively affirmed by HPWS.Workplace bullying is negatively mediated the relationship
between HPWS and organizational performance.
